Description

Successful projects must be “sold” to the various stakeholders. Selling Breakthroughs is a unique program designed for project teams to successfully "sell" their project... and keep it sold. The program begins with a pre-workshop diagnostic which measures your current competencies in 10 Key Areas. Starting with this benchmark, you will see results as you use the skills developed in the workshop and apply them on relevant assignments over a four month period.
