Description

Participants will actually plan and work through two complete case studies that cover the transfer of the dependency chart to the software as well as other techniques. While this program is not an attempt to familiarize the participant with every menu or possible option available in the software, the participant will acquire the experience and confidence to continue their own investigation of the many features available in MS Project. Note: our 3-day Project Planning Breakthroughs program is a pre-requisite to Working Smart with Microsoft Project.
