IT Project Requirements Development

Description

The course deals with the detailed information on business analysis, collecting requirements, and preparing formal requirements for IT project. The course materials use the PMBOK, Business Analysis for Practitioners, Agile Guide, IEEE SWEBOKas well as local Russian standards. Students learn how to identify stakeholders, collect and balance IT product requirements; create formal documents (specifications), create and implement UML case diagrams.
