Description

The course is based on the PMBOK(r) v.6 and Agile Practice Guide. Scrum - one of Agile approach for project management. The first chapter of our course explain the base principles of Scrum and family of Agile approaches.Scrum now is most popular approach in software development companies. Main killer feature of Scrum is high effectiveness in regularly changeable environment. In general Scrum is not only about management, it is about how to work inside a team for achieve a goals. It is devoted to general overview of all processes, process groups and knowledge areas of Agile project management. The training leads a student to better knowledge of Agile project management concepts based on the Scrum guide and best practices. This training can be the first step towards CAPM(r) and/or PMP® certification preparation. The training is based on both theory and practice cases.
