PMI NYC Mentoring Program

Description

This program was developed to provide an opportunity for members of the chapter to both share experiences and develop project management skills for the benefit of career development. Pairing an inexperienced project manager with a seasoned mentor allows for the development of a strategic approach for professional growth, supported by teaching, coaching, counseling and encouraging.
