Event Description: This session will focus on leadership for project manager – the skills, attributes and knowledge that we should have to allow us to succeed at this exciting role. All project managers are leaders, but our type of leadership is not easy. We get thrown (or eased) into an environment that is fast moving, typically stressful, ever changing and continually challenging. Oh, and we have no real authority!
