Description

We have designed this course for organizations that need to train employees who have or will be charged with leading change and want a general overview. This course will give students a comprehensive understanding of change management, its models, frameworks, and methodologies. It will explain how to build your own change management model based on the generic processes of analysis, strategy, planning, execution, & closure, as described in the ACMP Standard for Change Management.
