Description

This session will describe the different challenges that Saudi Aramco has recently faced from going public and committing to certain dividend distribution to shareholders, the twin shock of oil demand and pandemic, and other challenges impacting the value margins of their downstream business. The session will then address the different measures the company has taken to maneuver around these challenges, utilizing decades of experience in projects planning and execution completed with robust processes and new ways of thinking.
