P3O Practitioner

Description

The P3O Practitioner course provides an opportunity to apply the concepts of the P3O guidance to a scenario.

The purpose of the Practitioner certification is to confirm whether a candidate has achieved sufficient knowledge and understanding of the P3O guidance to design, implement, manage or work within any component office of a P3O model. After the course, a candidate will have an overall understanding of the elements, roles, functions and tools & techniques used in a generalised P3O model.

Target Audience

• Senior Project/Programme Managers
• PM Office Members
• Senior Managers
• Individuals with key portfolio, programme or project office roles

• 2,5 hours
• 4 questions (20 points per question)
• Objective Test Questions based on a case study scenario
• 50% pass mark
• Open book (P3O manual only)

Upon successful completion of the exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert.

Some pre-read material is provided prior to the training and is expected to be fully read and studied before attending the course. To take the P3O Practitioner exam you must provide proof of having passed the P3O Foundation exam.
