Description

The Project Management Fundamentals workshop is the first of two building blocks of the Global Project Management Office training program to increase project management capabilities at SAP Consulting substantially and consistently.

This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the project management best practices with a few references to PMI’s PMBOK® Guide. The heart of the course deals with the appropriate use of the SAP Project Management Methodology (PMM) in SAP Consulting projects.

It will be conducted as a practical, hands-on workshop that emphasizes discussion and exercises. Participants will get the opportunity to practice using specific SAPC PMM accelerators and templates in a business-related case study. Specific attention will be given to the integrated use of the SAPC PMM with the existing SAP tools and methods to manage SAP projects more professionally regardless of scope and project type.
