Description

This course explores the benefits and challenges of strategic project leadership and familiarise themselves with the tools needed to understand, reduce, and respond to associated complexities and uncertainties. Participants will be afforded the opportunity to apply Oxford Saïd Business School's industry-leading models and methodologies to their own contexts and projects, and develop a personal leadership strategy moving forward.
