Project Management Toolkit based on PMBOK 7th Edition

Description

The hands-on course provides participants with the basic tools they need to successfully manage projects. The course is built on the basis of the PMI PMBOK® 7th Edition international standard using the "blended learning" teaching methodology: the first day is given for self-study of some of the material on the iSpring distance learning platform with reinforcement in a team business case exercise under the guidance of a trainer at the beginning of the second day. From the second to the fourth day of training, classes are held in "contact" mode with a teacher and combine the development of theory and practical activities: polls, mini-discussions, tests, cases, game activities. Practical skills are developed by solving an end-to-end practical business case that simulates project management in three development approaches: waterfall, agile and hybrid.
