Project Management: Logistics and Supply Chains

Description

Project Management:  Logistics and Supply Chains provides project and program managers the practical supply chain concepts and techniques required for project success.   Students will learn the relationship of technical project management concepts (procurement, budget, schedule) to supply chain management, as well leadership skills (negotiation, problem solving, team building) to optimize the supply chain to achieve project goals.   Students will also learn how to align supply chain strategy with business strategy, plan and implement supply chain models and structures, and develop supply chains for business benefits.
