This course has been designed to provide project staff hands on experience on Microsoft® Project and Oracle Primavera P6 Professional so as to enable better planning, execution, monitoring & control of the projects. This course focuses on application of resource management, cost management, project management techniques, concepts, and approaches to accomplish best performance in projects by using Microsoft® Project. It will also clear your basic concepts in project management so as to enable better planning, execution, monitoring & control of the projects. It also provide basic understanding of components of business analytics.
