LEAN SIX SIGMA APPLICATIONAL KNOWLEDGE AT BLACK BELT LEVEL

Description

Lean streamlines processes and eliminates unnecessary steps (waste) in them.
Six sigma implements data driven methodology to solve complex, cross functional problems  where the root causes are unknown.
This is a course to expose the concepts of both these methodologies to the participants and provide with knowledge on tools that can be applied in their work place to conduct Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner level over DMAIC life cycle.
