This course is designed to improve facilitator skills for facilitating meetings.

The course aims to confirm the planning process and improve facilitation skills for sessions and events that lead to quick decision-making and collective solutions in response to current environmental changes, business agility, diverse people and needs.

Not only meetings, but also as events, cases of planning and implementation such as consultation and community operations are increasing, and effectiveness and efficiency are becoming necessary. In a narrow sense, this course is about how to run sessions as a facilitator and management skills, but in practice, the course focuses on two areas: the overall process from setting up the facilitation theme and venue to the implementation arrangements, and the facilitator skills to implement the process.
