Description

The How to Build a Business Model course focuses on creating and aligning the business model with the strategy and analyzing key elements affecting profitability. Participants will learn the Business Model Canvas. The course teaches how to identify value propositions and customer needs in the context of various market segments. The topics of customer relations, distribution channels and revenue generation strategies are also discussed. The classes discuss key resources and activities that determine competitive advantage and the impact of ESG on profitability. Participants complete the course by developing their own business model based on practical workshops and case studies.
