AI is transforming every aspect of how we manage projects from developing a business case, to planning the work, managing risk, and tracking performance. Generative AI for Project Management will engage you with diverse Generative AI tools to start, plan, and manage either your own project or a generic case study. We will embrace a tool agnostic approach to adopting, integrating, and scaling Generative AI without compromising data or trust.
