Design management in construction industry

Description

The objectives of the Design management in construction course are to improve the quality and efficiency of work of design managers, architects, construction engineers, novice PMs and interior designers. Participants will expand their knowledge of the role of a design manager in construction projects (and their main tasks), team and project management, and will also develop their soft skills important in the work of a design manager. They will also learn about software that streamlines the work of design managers. After completing the course, participants will be able to ensure consistency between architectural design and the building's structural features and technical conditions in their projects.
