Description

The course is intended for managers responsible for various areas of cultural institution activity who want to expand their management skills, as well as future managers who want to learn about currently used management methods and their consequences. The benefit is gaining specialist knowledge in the field of legal and economic aspects of cultural activity, building the vision, mission and strategy of the institution, implementing budgets and obtaining external funds in order to rationally manage various cultural institutions. The topics of competence and ethics of a cultural manager, recruitment and motivation of the team, change management and conflict management, cooperation with trade unions and organizational culture will also be discussed. Thanks to the interactive form of training, there is an opportunity to exchange experiences between course participants from different cultural institutions: people with different experience and management styles, creating good management practices in the specific environment of cultural institutions.
