Building KIPMI’s PMP Mentoring Program

Description

The speaker(s) will kick-off a 90-day KIPMI initiative to design and launch our 2025 PMP Mentoring Program. The KIPMI Mentoring Program will be discussed in the context of PMI’s framework and best practice examples from PMI Chapters about their strategy, structure, and requirements. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about mentoring resources available free on-line and determine how to engage in this key KIPMI initiative. There are many ways to engage, including being on the design team, serving others as a mentor, or growing your success as a mentee. The KIPMI Mentoring Program’s timeline and next steps will be communicated
