AI for Project Management

Description

Designed for experienced project managers and assistant project managers who have a solid understanding of project management practices and tools. Participants will learn to use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to enhance their project management processes, including how to effectively query generative AIs, identify the uses and limitations of AI, and create reusable AI-driven prompts to improve project workflows. By combining a highly practical approach with foundational theory, participants will be able to target specific improvements, set personal goals, and develop actionable strategies for real-world application.
