This 2-day instructor-led course provides a comprehensive, hands-on introduction to Oracle Primavera P6, focusing on real-world project planning, scheduling, resource management, and baseline tracking. Designed for professionals working in capital projects, engineering, infrastructure, and PMO environments, this training equips participants with practical skills to create, manage, and track logic-linked schedules using Primavera P6.

Participants will develop an understanding of schedule logic, critical path, resource and cost loading, baseline creation, and earned value progress tracking. The course features a combination of lecture, demonstration, guided exercises, and hands-on labs with sample project data.

By the end of the course, learners will have built and tracked a full project schedule using best practices in schedule design, resource and cost control, and project progress monitoring.
