Leading Agile Transformation with SAFe® Agilist Certification

Description

This intensive two-day training introduces you to Lean-Agile principles and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) to successfully lead agile transformation at enterprise scale. You will learn how to coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs), foster team and technical agility, implement Lean Portfolio Management, and drive cultural change. By the end of the course, you’ll be prepared to pass the SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification exam and become a recognized change agent in scaling agility.
