Course Catalog
Predictive Project Performance and Early-Warning Systems
Description
Traditional project dashboards often report what has already happened too late to act. This 14-hour, in-person course shifts the focus to proactive governance: detecting weak signals, anticipating deviations, and triggering timely corrective actions. Participants learn to design a robust Early-Warning System (EWS) based on leading indicators, dynamic thresholds, trend analysis, and escalation protocols. The course covers how to select meaningful KPIs (beyond schedule and cost), define actionable weak signals (e.g., scope volatility, team overload, quality debt), set intelligent alert levels, and integrate predictive logic (e.g., forecast-at-completion, rolling forecasts) into routine governance. Through hands-on workshops, learners build a customized Predictive Performance Playbook with indicator frameworks, alert rules, response plans, and decision-oriented reporting templates—turning data into foresight and action.
