Course Catalog
Digital Operating Models & Product-Centric Organizations
Description
Traditional project-based organizations struggle to keep pace with digital demands. This 21-hour, in-person course equips executives, portfolio leaders, PMO managers, and transformation officers with a practical framework to design and implement a modern Digital Operating Model (DOM) centered on customer value, cross-functional teams, and continuous delivery. Participants explore real-world DOM archetypes (Spotify, Amazon, SAFe LACE), learn how to define value streams, organize autonomous product teams, adopt outcome-based funding, and establish lightweight governance that balances speed with strategic alignment. Through collaborative workshops, they assess their current operating model, identify gaps, and co-create a tailored transition roadmap. The course ensures compliance, risk management, and enterprise architecture remain integrated even in agile, product-driven environments. Each participant leaves with a Digital Operating Model Design Toolkit, including value stream maps, team topology guides, governance rituals, and KPI frameworks.
