In a world of limited resources and competing priorities, managing projects well is no longer enough organizations must ensure their entire portfolio of initiatives delivers maximum strategic value. This 28-hour, in-person course equips portfolio managers, PMO leaders, executives, and governance committee members with a practical framework to select, prioritize, govern, and dynamically rebalance their enterprise portfolio. Participants learn to move beyond financial ROI to assess strategic alignment, risk exposure, capacity constraints, and capability development. Through real-world simulations, they practice scoring initiatives, running investment boards, stopping underperforming projects, and communicating portfolio health to executives. The course integrates international standards (ISO 21502, PMI PfMP) while remaining highly actionable. Each participant leaves with an Enterprise Portfolio Governance Toolkit, including scoring models, dashboard templates, prioritization matrices, and a governance playbook.
