GIMIT - Program Management Professional (PgMP)
Description
The curriculum is built around the five Performance Domains
- Strategic Alignment: Ensuring the program supports the organization's vision and goals. You learn to develop a Program Business Case and a Charter that justifies the investment.
- Benefits Management: This is the heart of PgMP. It involves identifying, defining, delivering, and sustaining the actual value (benefits) the program was created to produce.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Navigating the complex web of internal and external influencers, from the executive sponsor to the project teams and end-users.
- Governance: Establishing the oversight, decision-making framework, and "rules of the road" to ensure the program remains on track and compliant.
- Program Life Cycle Management: Mastering the three phases—Program Definition, Program Delivery (Benefits Construction), and Program Closure.
