TIBA Prosci Change Management Certificate Program (3 days)

During this three-day experiential session, you’ll apply Prosci’s methodology and ADKAR Model to one of your active projects. And you’ll leave with the tools, know-how, and support you need to consistently drive successful change going forward. In this interactive training, you benefit from three full days among like-minded change leaders—from individual practitioners and project managers to IT professionals and improvement specialists. You not only gain the knowledge and one-to-one feedback of Prosci’s Master Instructors, you and your peers can also share challenges, solutions and insights, for a truly collaborative approach to change management.

Prosci’s Change Management Certification Program is an interactive, three-day learning experience where participants gain the knowledge, skills and tools to drive successful change initiatives. During the program, they apply holistic change management methodology to a current project. By the end of the program, participants have a change management plan designed to effectively manage change and enhance project results.

Change Management Self-Starter is an easy, engaging way for you to dive into change management, understand your change process, and explore how change management can benefit your projects. The modules will accelerate your change capability to drive better project outcomes.

The Prosci Change Triangle (PCT) Model--one of the three foundational models of the Prosci Methodology--is a simple but powerful tool for Prosci Change Practitioners. Prosci's Improve Project Health program equips practitioners with the advanced skills needed to apply the PCT Model and conduct related PCT assessments effectively. In this one-day, deep-dive program, learn how to use critical thinking to analyze your project data and make recommendations to improve project health, and ultimately deliver better project outcomes for your organization.

This program has 6 hours of instruction that is eligible for PDUs.  There is 1 hour of breaks (non-instruction time).  The total time commitment for participants is 7 hours.
