This program is a leadership development opportunity exclusive to Council organizations which features workshops lead by PMI team Larissa Moran & Alice Whitney, along with strategic advisor Dr. Ed Hoffman, featuring content sessions lead by industry experts. 
Situated within the PMI Council, this community engages the next generation of project leaders to recommend innovative approaches for solutions to issues identified by Council members and their organizations. 
The team will deep dive into the challenge selected, applying their diverse perspectives to solve that challenge, before presenting their outcomes for discussion during the final day of The Council program.
